Christmas Caroling: should be December 16

The Official Christmas Caroling should be December 16. Dec. 16 is the beginning also of the Misa de Gallo (Dawn Mass) of the Philippine tradition nine days forward to the Christmas day (December 25). People have also the right to decline Christmas Carolers giving money or food before Dec. 16. It is your right whether you will give or not. Everyone should be aware that Christmas caroling must be on Dec. 16, 2020 on to January 3, 2020(feast of the Epiphany).
