Stress can be part of our life in everyday basis. We can experience it anywhere go round. Even in our environment itself. We can beat it if we have the capability to destroy it to have the sense of discipline in ourselves at our lifestyle. We cannot be having stress eating, for this is the cause of many illnesses. We can't beat it by suicide, life is precious. We can absolutely beat it by talking to our family or our loved ones.
Change our lifestyle, exercise and have Physical fitness for instance, in order our body can be healthy. The guidance of our family lead us in grin. Coping of stress is difficult but it have many ways and things to minimize it by having laughter and smiles everyday. Be Optimistic as always in every problem comes to your life. We only live once. But we can live it perfectly accordingly by neglecting those things that makes us distract and destroy.
